Ebony is a little shy gentle ewe who adores lambs and spends a lot of time gently teaching them. Her favorite game is the lamb race up the hill, where she stands proudly at the top, before leaping, jumping, and springing down.
Ebony is the darkest Romney on Mae Be Farm. Her wool is a black charcoal with a slight sheen and is 4.75 inches long. It makes a lovely yarn and is a nice spin. It makes the most beautiful yarn. I have a shawl knit from her wool and it’s just gorgeous.
